Jacqueline Corl-Seidel began dancing at the age of seven and teaching at the age of fifteen. She has always been fascinated with anatomy and understanding how the body works. IShe studied kinesiology, massage, and through my own injuries she has done a round about study of physical therapies. Over ten years ago she began working with older adults teaching classes on balance, range of motion, stretch and strength. Learning how not to fall, how not to overwork our joints, how to recover from both is her passion these days. She's looking forward to sharing this interest with you and hopes you will move with her. The work is simple but not always easy. You don’t need special equipment or clothing. Exercises may be done sitting or standing and nobody is expected to do anything that hurts, or makes them uncomfortable.Â
