Join us at the El Sobrante United Methodist Church. In this workshop we will be using a screen printing method with the Pinole Artisans' logo.
To do this we will be pushing paint or ink through that stencil to create the imprint of our logo onto the surface of your chosen material. Each of us will print our Pinole Artisans Logo on a shirt, tote bag, or whatever you bring. BRING YOUR OWN ITEM TO PRINT. Just make sure the item is light in color and has a smooth surface. One of the most interchangeable factors involved in this process is the various stenciling techniques that can be used. So, while the actual process of printing remains largely the same, there are many ways to create the stencil. In this class the stencil screen will be created before-hand to save time we will also use some different shape stamps on the fabric.
Come have some fun with printing on fabric. Bring a t-shirt, tote bag, or other fabric object to print. Let our community know that you’re a proud member of Pinole Artisans.
